The first visit to Roberts Park, Saltaire by West Yorkshire Brass was quite cool and slightly damp. But the park is beautiful, and the music was so well appreciated, by those who braved the weather, that the band has already been invited back to the venue for next year. Well done WY Brass.

It’s certainly a beautiful place in wonderful grounds. But roasting in the Orangery if the sun’s beating down!
Our concert from the Peasholm Park bandstand this year is best described as HOT, HOT, HOT. The music was pretty good too, but not quite as hot as the temperature. It was ROASTING.
